Running a human resources consultancy is itself a challenge. Considering the current huge individual sizes of Human Resource Consultancy setups in India like Adecco India, Kelly Services, ABC Consultants etc. which have minimum 500+ of internal employee base at multiple locations, it’s crucial for them to first manage their own recruitment processes.
As staffing agencies have such a larger setup, posting job ads, allowing candidates post their resumes, locating best candidates, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding and finally managing payroll are the challenging recruitment activities which they have to perform.
For recruitment companies, building a robust internal pre & post hiring system is important. There is two obvious task for hiring agencies – one is to deal with their own recruitment needs so that they can be able to provide professional recruitment services to other companies. And, the second task is to take care of companies which have approached them for hiring talent for them.
